    I recently stayed at 456 Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail that made the stay feel both luxurious and comfortable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The amenities were excellent, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and inviting. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every interaction with the hotel team reflected their commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. I highly recommend 456 Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

    I booked this hotel for our anniv for triple sharing with our daugther. I also contacted agoda for request and changes to be made due to an emergency reason which apparently agoda opted not to accept. We went to this hotel as planned with just the 2 of us however I noticed that the hotel sevice was not the same as before. My request for a quiet room thru agoda app was not even shared to the hotel. I was placed in a room infront of the childrens playpen when in fact i requested for a little quiet room. What happened? Staff were not that accomodating and polite especially the front desk. All they say was No. Room was okay not that as clean a before. No coffee in the room. Towels are not that good quality in the past. Tissue was never replenished even i stayed for 2 days Agoda rep also on the phone and chat was worst. And the mere fact this was our anniversary celebration, it did not really went well. The price on the time i booked was expensive but did not get the service i wanted During the check in time i asked the front desk again if we can move even on a smaller room , just to avoid the noise of the kids on the playpen, i even showed the avail room in agoda app,, apparently she said no. Bec app is not updated I dont think so, ive been using agoda app for a decade now and this is not the case. Id like this feedback reviewed and to make sure to contact me
