    They moved us twice but still no stable WiFi connection. I also had a request for Honeymoon set up which was not there. The only silver lining was the staff. They were all VERY accommodating and apologetic of the barely working WiFi

    Convenient to Camp John Hay and in a pleasant location (except for some traffic resulting from lack of parking for associated businesses). Staff nicely responsive. The place is taken care of well, with a maintenance crew that responds well to needs to keep the place up. Cleanliness very good. Convenient place to stay. Will consider staying there again.

    Everything was very good except the breakfast they need to have a better choice and different food the toast was hard the coffee was very strong and it wasn't enough for wa\hat you paid for.

    No hot water in the room. The bedshit was smelly and with a tear. The coffee at the complimetary breakfast was without fresh milk. as I asked for it was provided with extra charge....... But the woth thing is that upon my complain at the reception- THEY NEW ABOUT THE ROOM'S CONDITION and yet asign me to the room ( The hotel was empty so no room constrain was present), just a trial to save warkers. Shame on them.
