Very sulit here. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Location is good as there is a grocery store and restaurants down stairs. Pool is big and has a very nice view. There’s a gym too. Will definitely come back!

Nice place and staff if you are looking for an affordable space in a heart of cebu city.

The elevator was scary because every time you rode it, you had this uneasy feeling that it might suddenly drop at any moment. The main door also did not feel safe at all. You could push it hard and open it even without a key. The shower holder was also broken, so the shower could not be placed properly. The kitchen light was busted, which made the room very dark and scary at night. What made it worse was that someone kept knocking on the main door, and the door knob felt like someone was trying to open the door even though it was locked. We could barely sleep because we felt very unsafe and scared throughout the night. We kept hearing what sounded like someone walking outside, but whenever we checked, there was no one there. Our room was 1828. I hope management takes these safety concerns seriously, especially the main door, the elevator, and the repeated knocking and sounds of someone trying to open the door, even though there was no one there whenever we checked.
