    Value for money and at the heart of city center near malls and good top deck restuarant, lovely staff and hotel is smart for what you pay. Will defo stay again.

    Loved the luxury feel of this hotel! The rooms are clean, the facilities are impressive, the food is delicious, and the staff are very accommodating.

    We stayed for two nights (booked for my mom), and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, the room needs serious attention. There was no service water; you have to go to an unplugged dispenser outside for water that isn't even cold. The bathroom is tiny. The toiletries were not full, and there was no foot towel. The toilet paper holder was broken, and there’s a serious lack of privacy, the frosted glass still allows you to be seen while in the shower. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to these room issues.
