Very convenient for overnight in Krakow with a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau as it was right near the main train station. Room condition is fine, a little bit small.

Such a strange room (the family room), number 518.
The shower - with a frosted glass front panel - faces directly into the room. So if you are holidaying with your teenage kids, as I was, and want some privacy when showering then forget it. Basically myself and my daughter had to take it in turns to sit in the toilet when the other was showering.
Weirdly, the toilet was huge and directly next to the shower, so it could have easily had enough room to build in a private shower space. Just very odd planning.
The room, 518, is also situated next to the lift. So you hear that constantly going up and down up until about 1am and then from 7am-ish it starts again.
The cleaning staff also park their trolley with the sheets/ bedding/ cleaning materials in this area and have frequent loud conversations with each other in this area - so it’s impossible to, sleep because of their constant and very loud talking. I get that it’s a budget hotel, but basic courtesy for the customers costs nothing.
Overall - I wouldn’t stay there again.
