Finger Guest Rooms

It was close to the main station, 10 min on foot. It was a simple, but clean room and everything what is needed for a couple of days’ stay was included (a personal shower, toilet, kettle, refrigerator and cups).

The windows open to a very busy street, it is very noisy in the room with open windows. However when they are closed - the noise is bearable.

We liked that the rooms were equipped enough for day to day living. There was a fridge, small spoons, cups, cattle and iron. Everything was clean, prepared and cozy. And it’s a wonderful location close to the main train station and the old town square.

Just some minor things: not functional lighting in a room hallway and that’s basically it.

The room was very spacious it had everything you would need. It is so close to the area you need to see plus the train station and shopping centre. Very good position.

There is no air conditioning and as it was hot it could have done with some. They only leave enough Tea/Coffee for a day all hotels I have stayed in leave enough for the booking or replenish them when they are low. We like to hear the world news and there are no channels in English to hear it and considering English is widely spoken here it could have helped. Apart from these minor things everything was good.

The location of the hotel was good, it was easy to get around and close to everything we needed.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The owner did not respect our request for a room with two separate beds, which we had clearly mentioned when making the reservation. Although the booking was accepted, we were later told that no twin room was available. The owner even asked us to cancel the reservation without any refund, which was very unfair since our request had been made in advance and confirmed in the booking. Overall, it was a bad experience and we were very disappointed with the service. And there is no reception in this hotel.
