    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. There was a continuous water leakage from the commode for all 3 days of my stay. I reported the issue multiple times, and although the staff repeatedly promised to change my room, it was never done. This caused a huge waste of water and left the bathroom wet and unhygienic throughout my stay. On top of that, the flush was not working properly, and the room door lock was faulty, making me wait multiple times just to lock it. Moreover, during my 3-night, 4-day stay, our room was never cleaned, and there were no 'Do Not Disturb' or 'Make Up Room' cards provided. Overall, it was a terrible experience due to the severe lack of responsibility and proper service.

    All awesome except 2 things- 1. Booked for a city window view room but got a indoor view room instead of city view, staff told its for representative purpouse in app(city view) 2. Charged 3% extra for my stay as i opted for a visa card payment in hotel cash counter( online payment was not available through app) Only option was pay at hotel. Rest all superb experience😎

    The hotel cancelled my reservation at the last minute, leaving me with very little time to make alternative arrangements. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans. I would appreciate an explanation and an appropriate resolution.
