The hotel is located above Pudu Sentral. It’s a 4-5 minute walk via covered walkway from Plaza Rakyat LRT station. Also within walking distance to the popular Petaling Street. Depending on the room, you get a nice view of the city. Amenities in the room were complete. Toiletries, towels, soap, hairdryer etc. The room was generally clean with some paint peeling but no big deal. In the mornings there is a room cleaning service too, which I did not expect at a hotel with this price. There is also a cafe at the lobby floor and you can phone for room service. Great value for money and highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Teedo Hotel and, while there were a few aspects of my experience that were disappointing, I would also like to acknowledge the positive service provided by the hotel staff.
Upon check-in, I was given my room key card by the receptionist. However, when I went to the room, I found that it was not yet ready. I also experienced a delayed response when I contacted the staff via WhatsApp to place a food order at the café. The following morning, I requested an iron, but the response was also slower than expected.
That said, I would like to commend the staff for being genuinely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. I shared my experience on Threads, and I appreciate that the hotel staff took the feedback seriously and were attentive to my concerns.
During check-out, the staff apologised for the inconvenience, and as a gesture of goodwill, they kindly offered complimentary parking. I truly appreciate their effort to acknowledge the issue and make amends.
Overall, I hope the hotel can further improve its service, particularly in terms of room readiness, communication, and response time. The staff have been wonderful, and with some improvements in these areas, I believe Teedo Hotel has great potential to provide an even better guest experience.
Thank you to the Teedo Hotel team for listening to the feedback and for handling the situation professionally.
Thank you! ❤️
