    No hotel pick up at Sendai Station. Could take bus #840 at Sendai Station to hotel for about 75 minutes. Comfortable stay experience

    Room key was old style it's hard to open the door, so annoying every time we get in. Paper walls are broken. This was my first experience entering a hotel, the place where I washed my face and brushed my teeth was outside right next to the room door as you enter which should be inside the bathroom.

    Visiting in winter as a family of three with a young child was a memorable and cosy experience. The snowy surroundings made the onsen stay feel extra special, especially soaking in the hot baths while the cold winter air set in outside. While the outdoor onsen was more for the adults (and a little chilly walking to), the indoor facilities were warm, clean, and comfortable, making it manageable with a child. The buffet-style dinner and breakfast were a big win for families, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options that made meals stress-free. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, perfect for slowing down and enjoying a winter onsen retreat together, as long as you’re prepared for cold weather and a quieter, countryside setting.
