    We stayed for one day and everything is perfect. We enjoyed a lot and will definitely come back again

    The location is out of the way and if you are not driving, will be hard to get to the key scenic spots. However, the service, staff and facilities were top notch. Especially the food exceeded my expectations with lovely flavours and right sized portions (note we are two women and one is elderly who is diabetic and a small eater). A male would probably struggle to be full especially as the convenience store is quite small. The lovely modern Japanese decor, lounge with snacks (with a foot bath, tea and wine with books was wonderful. The daily activities on offer like morning stretch and an amazing massage makes me long to come again and it definitely helped me relax in Hoshino, getting my lovely dose of clean alpine air!

    入住時職員感覺上不太熟流程，加上英文不太好，溝通困難。然後想在房內享受按摩服務，所以在入住時已預約。但竟沒想到整個酒店每次只能服務一人，而且沒有一開始便說清楚，導致同房另一人坐在房間不知所措。 其餘對房內環境及衛生滿意。溫泉水不夠熱。
