I will Not Book again with Stacey

Apartment was too dirty all the time! Disgusting, Nobody was cleaning only me so that I could Cook. No Living room for watching TV, only a Coach and TV in the floor next to entrance. Staff was not comprehensive.

Worst experience ever

The idea of coliving in an apartement is great, the execution is bad. Stacey doesn't care for the customers and there is no reception or help on-site.

Tedious all-digital check-in process with dozens of emails. I wasn't able to open the all-digital doors. They didn't help, so I had to stay at another place and they even denied a refund.

Great location and atmosphere, just wish the shared spaces kept up with the energy!

I stayed for 5 nights at Stacey Hamburg in a shared apartment setup. The experience was overall very positive. The location is excellent, well-connected and convenient for getting around the city. The apartment was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The furniture is okay i guess, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, even though I didn’t use it much myself. I also appreciated the mix of peopleb (mostly students and exchange program participants) which gave the place a friendly and international vibe. Another plus was how responsive the stuff in charge were. Any questions or small issues were handled quickly I would say. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers, students, or anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located place in Hamburg!

Unfortunately, the common areas were often dirty and disorganized. When I first arrived, the fridge had expired food left by previous guests, and the bins in both the kitchen and bathrooms were overflowing. I had to send an email to get the trash cleaned, and although the staff responded, it took about two days to be resolved. I was told cleaning happens once a week, but in my opinion, that’s not enough given the number of people living there. With more frequent cleaning and better maintenance of the shared spaces, this place could be excellent. As it stands, it’s a good option if you’re okay with a more casual, student-style setup.

Buena opción en el centro de la ciudad

El edificio está muy bien situado a 5 minutos del ayuntamiento. Debajo de la casa hay un supermercado que abre hasta muy tarde y varios restaurantes y pizzeria. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Muy recomendable.

La parte más negativa son las zonas comunes. La cocina va acumulando utensilios usados si los usuarios no los limpian, cosa que nos ocurrió a menudo. Por lo demás goza de todo tipo de utensilios. Los baños son 2 uno más grande que el otro. Aquí la suerte depende de si quien lo usa antes de ti es una persona higiénica. Nosotros los encontramos bien y libre alguno siempre. Muy recomendable si no eres una persona excesivamente escrupulosa

Grundsätzlich gut!

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, hell u rochen angenehm frisch. Die Küche, sowie die Badezimmer waren größtenteils sauber u werden 1x pro Woche geputzt. Die Küche ist mit vielen Tellern, Schüsseln, Tassen u Gläsern gut ausgestattet. Besteck hätte es grundsätzlich etwas mehr sein dürfen. Mein Bett war schön bequem u es ließ sich gut darin schlafen. Ich werde diese Unterkunft, wieder in Erwägung ziehen, wenn ich nach Hamburg komme.

Man muss seine eigenen Handtücher mitbringen, was ok ist, aber es wäre schön, einen Haken oder ähnliches, in den Badezimmern dafür vorzufinden. Im großen Bad, funktioniert aktuell (Okt. 25) das Licht hinter dem Spiegel nicht, was echt sehr schade ist, da die Beleuchtung in den Badezimmern mäßig bis schlecht ist. Spülschwämme für die Küche, wären schön. Die Pfannen sind meiner Meinung nach, nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da die Beschichtung völlig zerkratzt ist u somit Gesundheitsschädlich. Vielleicht hier lieber unbeschichtetete Pfannen zusätzlich anbieten? 2-3 kleine Töpfe mehr, wären auch nicht schlecht. Eine Zimmerreinigung erfolgt zwischendurch nicht, was ok ist, da persönliche Gegenstände ohne Sorge in den Zimmern verbleiben können (es gibt keinen Safe) u man kann den Staubsauger auch selbst mal benutzen. Es wäre jedoch schön, ab einer gewissen Aufenthaltsdauer, einen oder mehrere Waschgänge inklusive zu erhalten. Wer länger bleibt, möchte auch mal ein frischen Kopfkissen- u Bettbezug haben, das sollte in dem Preis schon drin sein ;) Zum Ende hin, hat der Aufzug im Treppenhaus gestreikt. 3. Stock mit 2 großen Koffern als Frau, ist ohne den aber nicht machbar. Die Tür im Erdgeschoss schließt nicht richtig, sodass er sich nicht Bewegung setzt... Alles in allem sind die Zimmer SEHR hellhörig. Der schöne, knarzende Holzboden u die schönen alten, quietschenden Türen, können für einen unruhigen Schlaf sorgen. Ich hatte jedoch Glück mit meinen Nachbarn.
