    The hotel is great! The interiors are decorated very well! The hotel has character! Its location is great as it’s close to lots of sights as well as restaurants and the like. The staff are helpful and the apples that are available for guests nearly everyday are a very sweet and cute touch! The hotel has a mini shop of its own selling water, drinks, snacks, and amenities - however with hotel priced items! We never had the breakfast but the spread looks like a classic continental breakfast spread with eggs, sausages, fruits etc. the bed and room were super comfortable. They had two pillows you could choose from laid on the bed. That was nice!

    A very nice & good value hotel. Walking distance to city centre. Hafen City area if Hamburg is very affluent with a wide selection of good restaurants & coffee shops. We would certainly return

    The location was great, with easy access to the harbor and surrounding attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially the well-maintained bathrooms. However, the staff and housekeeping services were a bit lacking. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor areas for improvement. Major downside was the price which was easily too high.
