Old but well kept, very clean.
Great location. Good for a short stay if you're mainly just looking for a place to sleep and shower.
Rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor, with no elevators. Someone with mobility issues or big luggage would struggle.
The room had no proper windows, the one window opened to a ventilation shaft, with a painting on it, so looked kinda depressing.
No kitchen, fridge or microwave.

Strange little place but helpful staff and a good night had. Everything you need is there.
A lift would have been nice but not expected at the price. The higher you got the more light coming through the magnificent sky lights

The lady owner went out of her way to help, as I was doing the triathlon, helped with bag storage, allowing me to leave my bag in the room as I left early and they would transfer to a safe storage place later. Very helpful and informative. Allowed me to shower, after the triathlon, way after check out time.
Only because I did the triathlon, the stairs, lol, there is no lift and I was on the fourth floor. They mention in the description there is no lift and normally my legs wouldn't mind so much. It was exceptionally hot during my visit, this can not be helped, they had a fan in the room and velux windows in the roof, with blinds on to try keep it cool, but it was still hot as it was the roof room. I'm sure I'm the usual weather this isn't a problem.

Location unbeatable.
Got a different room than expected. Had booked a room with a shower but they gave me one without since the previous guest had not yet left in the late afternoon.
Bathroom on corridor was very dated and had no soap
