La localisation, l’aménagement avec goût , la propreté.
Dans la chambre l’isolation est quasi inexistante et il fut très très difficile de dormir avec le bruit de la rue … mobilettes et musique chaque nuit.. on a dû aller dormir dans le canapé de la cuisine qui elle, est bien isolée avec un bon double vitrage .., pas de bol , l’appartement juste derrière notre tête de lit était en travaux … ponceuse marteau et perceuse dès 8h.

Location was very convenient to the train station. The neighborhood felt safe (although we weren't out past early evening) and it was very close to a well stocked grocery store. It was a reasonable walk to the central old town sights. Elevator to the apartment was a huge bonus.
There was major construction happening in the unit next door with jack hammering starting at 8am everyday, but of course, that's no fault of the owner/management of this apartment.
