It’s situated in a very quiet area and very close to the train station and downtown.

There is nothing I can complain about.

Doskonała centralna lokalizacja, 5 minut do dworca, 8 minut do morza, wszystko w zasięgu spaceru. Bardzo wygodne łóżko . Dokładna informacja od gospodarza opisująca jak dostać się do mieszkania dzięki czemu nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów.

Brakowalo nam trochę naczyń ( talerzyki śniadaniowe, kieliszki do wina) W łazience pomocne byłyby wieszaki na ręczniki.

L’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. La struttura è accogliente, curata nei dettagli e situata in una posizione comoda per visitare la città, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ben organizzati, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Ho apprezzato in particolare la tranquillità della zona, nonostante la vicinanza al centro. Un punto di forza è sicuramente l’ospitalità: il personale si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. In sintesi, una soluzione ideale per chi cerca comfort, praticità e un’atmosfera familiare nel cuore di Palermo. Consigliato!

We stayed 5 nights . Good area within walking distance of the port, maket and other attractions. Good enough if you are on a budget. There is also a very good supermarket close by. Close to the train station and easy to find and access instructions easy to follow. Our host was very communicative and helpful.

This ground floor apartment is tucked away in a narrow alley with only one small usable window in the kitchen looking into the alley. The apartment is in serious need of control of mold and a bit of paint is also needed. There was lots of mold on the shelf behind the bed and walls in the bed area stained. If you are a light sleeper you may have trouble. It was noisy at night from the apartment above. Moving of furniture and clunking around late at night and early morning. We need to sleep with earplugs most nights. There is also a noise motor bike repair shop at the end of the alley that appears to also be used as a noisy locals hangout. The shower cubicle is ridiculous small. We are not big people but struggled to use it. If you are a larger person or a person with mobility issues you may serious problems. There are also no where to hang towels in the bathroom.
