About this apartment rental
Bright and large apartment on the first floor of a building in liberty style in Via Roma, Palermo.
The apartment, located on the first floor easily reachable by lift, is furnished in a fresh and colourful style; the spaces are very bright thanks to the typical liberty-style large windows overlooking balconies with original inlaid iron railings. Guests will access the airy living area with different seating areas with sofas, armchairs, TV and a large wooden table. From here there is access to an independent and well-equipped kitchen fitted also with a dishwasher, an oven and an extractor fan. In the living room there is also a staircase leading to a mezzanine floor with an extra relaxing area during the day.
Walking further down the corridor there are two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom and the other one with twin beds and a bathroom with shower on the opposite side.
*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.

The rental was extremely spacious and comfortable. The check in process was smooth, and timely. The 2 a/c units were very good and kept it comfortable. The only downside was the noise level as the unit is on a very busy street.
