The flat was very cute, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It’s very central in Palermo’s old town and conveniently close to Stazione Centrale, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Everything was smooth and well organised, including the self check-in and opening the doors with the phone. Overall, we had a very good stay.
The main thing I would suggest improving is the checkout time and the way it was handled. The cleaning lady was already waiting outside the door at 10:00 a.m., and then we received a call exactly at 10:30, which felt a little rushed. Since checkout is already quite early, I think having it at 11:00 or even 11:30 would be much more comfortable for guests, especially in the morning when people are still having breakfast, getting ready, and cleaning up before leaving.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre historique à proximité des lieux de visite. Logement très bien aménagé, spacieux, agréable et d’une grande propreté.
Pour les dormeurs sensibles, bruit continu d’une soufflerie dans la rue. Sinon, très calme.

Location is perfect to discover Palermo,fully equipped kitchen. Apartment is located in ZTL zone,so you should take that into consideration,because you need to walk for a while from the place you will park your car.
We found ants in the bathroom and bed,so our daughter was afraid to sleep on it. It is requested by owner not to wear shoes while walking the stairs and wooden floor, in this case slippers should be offered.
