Host is great! Friendly and helpful. Space was clean and comfortable.

For us, it was an excellent location, very close to the bus terminal and the Ballaro market; Quattro Canti is a ten-minute walk away.

The water pipes in the wall behind the pillow were loud.

The stairs going up to the property were hard with a toddler and luggage but that can’t be helped. It’s a beautiful period building just beware of the stairs.

I don’t understand the high ratings. There were nicer places in the area. I fell victim to nice photos and high scores for the location. • The shower was dirty – it would be enough just to replace the silicone. • The shower door was squeaking. • Water or sewage pipes run under the bed. We were lucky that no one was staying next door or going to bed later than us, so we didn’t hear it much at night. But it is very noticeable. • Renovation work in the building outside the window. You wake up in the morning and can’t open the window because the workers are staring in and it’s very noisy. The same in the evening – they are banging all day long. • The area is dirty and the neighborhood is mixed with many different nationalities. I don’t understand the high ratings for the location, probably only because it’s close to the city center. Next time I would definitely look for something on the other side of the city. The light from the construction site shines all night. The room is bright even with the curtains closed. It’s a real nightmare — dark during the day and bright at night. It’s good that we spent most of the time outside, but it’s a pity that we couldn’t drink our morning coffee on the balcony or simply open the curtains.
