Great location Clean and cooling space

The area was a bit run down, shabby in places but the apartment itself was very well presented

La ubicación.

La entrada al departamento es horrorosa, es un callejón con todo el suelo/piso roto, sucio, basura por todos lados, está ubicado dentro de un conventillo/ villa donde viven otras personas y parecen casas ocupadas. El microondas estaba sucio y tenía mucho olor a quemado por lo que tuvimos que limpiarlo. El botiquín de emergencias y primeros auxilios no tenía lo esencial, estaba todo sucio con galletas dentro y lo poco que había estaba todo abierto, y en malas condiciones para ser utilizado. Para encender el aire acondicionado debías dejar las llaves puestas en un interruptor de lo contrario toda la electricidad del departamento se corta. Es muy caluroso y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien. El desagüe del baño no drena correctamente el agua y está tapado, el agua queda estancada en la pileta del baño lo cual genera suciedad constante. Tampoco el agua drena correctamente en la ducha y queda allí sin irse por lo que se genera también suciedad constante.

Cozinha completa e camas aconchegante ate mesmo o sofá cama

Escadas ate a porta de entrada, pessoas com debilidades ou muitas bagagens podem ter algum desconforto

The location was really good! Only 10 mins to Quattro Canti. The Ballaro market was right behind the apartment and other places were close by too. The central train and bus station is also only 5 mins away. Apartment was newly furnished and the bathroom was clean too. A lidl is close by for buying food and essentials as well as a Café for delicious coffee and pastries. Apartment had everything you needed, iron, hair dryer etc.

The water in the sink takes a very long time to drain. The drain is probably clogged. Sometimes a very small stream of water in the shower, where you have to wait for it to become more. Had to buy more toiletpaper, because for a 5 day stay and 4 persons only three rolls of paper were provided and after we asked the host told us we have to buy more, which is weird. Apartment need some proper cleaning, since dust and even balls of dust are everywhere. The location is a bit sketchy and seems not so safe when you're alone but with more people it's okay.
