About this apartment rental
Our two-room apartment is located between Cagliari and Pula, just 500 meters (150 meters as the crow flies) from La Maddalena Beach (a sandy beach with both free access and facilities such as kiosks, beach chairs, and a large galleon for children to play on). The beach is partially a dog beach, with access for dogs.
Just a short walk away, you’ll find a shopping center, pizzeria, restaurants, bars, a deli, a veterinarian, a beauty salon, and more...
On the beach, you’ll have the opportunity to try kitesurfing, yoga, canoeing, and many other organized activities...
There’s a hotel nearby that organizes daily pool access, sometimes with poolside BBQs!
The area is well-served by buses, so a car isn’t necessary—though it’s always a convenient way to get around without having to stick to a schedule!
In 10–15 minutes, you can reach fabulous beaches like Nora (Pula), and further on you’ll find Santa Margherita, Chia, Tuerredda, etc.
This is a fantastic option for those who want to visit various beaches on both sides of the coast, but also for those who want to spend a relaxing summer without having to travel too far.

The two-room apartment consists of a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (which can accommodate up to three single beds), a double bedroom with the option of a third bed, a bathroom, a front and back garden, and parking both on the property and off-site (free on-street parking). Various amenities are available: air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, etc., etc. Wi-Fi is available.
