Just a 15-minute drive from Cagliari’s center and close to the region’s most beautiful beaches, it’s the perfect choice for families and groups of up to 6 guests who want to enjoy the sea, relaxation, nature, and cultural visits.
The house features a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms—one with bunk beds—and two bathrooms, providing spacious and comfortable accommodation. Air conditioning and TV are available in both the living room and bedrooms, ensuring comfort in every season.
Outdoor spaces are a highlight: a well-kept front garden with covered parking welcomes you on arrival, while a cool loggia leads to the entrance. At the back, you’ll find a second garden with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals, and a stunning panoramic terrace accessible via a spiral staircase.
The location allows you to often leave your car parked: Maddalena Beach (also known as Lido di Capoterra) is within walking distance, as is the I Gabbiani shopping center with supermarket, bars, tobacco shop, restaurants, pizzerias, and many services. The bus stop is just a minute’s walk away, making it easy to reach Cagliari.
Villa Sonia is also a great base for exploring the area: the archaeological site of Nora and the beaches of Pula are about 20 minutes by car, while the famous Chia can be reached in about 35 minutes.
