Spacious 5-star-equivalent vacation rental with high-quality, fully equipped amenities and a great view.
The “Aussicht” vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the “Kapitänsblick” vacation home.
The stylish and comfortable furnishings in the living room, complete with a wood-burning stove, provide luxury and coziness. The fully equipped, high-quality kitchen offers plenty of space and top-of-the-line appliances for vacationers who enjoy cooking. The extravagantly furnished bathroom rounds out the vacation rental’s exceptional furnishings and amenities in every respect.
The apartment features Wi-Fi (free of charge), satellite TV, a radio, a BOSE soundbar, and a telephone. A modern heating system provides warmth. For added comfort, a wood-burning stove is available, turning even cooler days into a pleasant experience. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.
The vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Wooden floorboards are installed throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a large double bed.
There is also the option to book a separate bedroom in the basement of the house.
Adjacent to the living area, a balcony with a great view invites you to relax.
Included in the price are (for shared use):
• Bicycles per apartment (7-speed hub gears with coaster brakes)
• 2 children’s bicycles (16'' and 24'')
• Spacious sauna area with designer bathtub and lounge chairs
• Covered (sliding) heated swimming pool (available from May through October)
• Motorboat (9.8 PS) – no license required for guests 18 and older (excluding fuel costs)
• Washing machine and dryer

• 2 e-bikes: 18.00 EUR per day/bike or 90.00 EUR per week/bike
• To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you reserve the e-bikes at least one week before your arrival.

Modern yet in harmony with the landscape, the house blends stylishly into the surrounding area. From the spacious terrace of the ground-floor apartment—as well as from the balcony on the upper floor—you have an unmistakable view of the harbor, the sea (Having), and the surrounding nature.
The spacious surrounding property creates a unique atmosphere for everyone and gives you the feeling of “being master of your own home”—a deliberate contrast to vacation home communities and apartment complexes.
For leisure activities, guests have access to e-bikes (for a fee), bicycles, and a private motorboat with an outboard motor (which can be operated without a boat license), a heated swimming pool in the garden with a retractable canopy (usable from May through October, weather permitting), a spacious sauna area with a designer bathtub, and a large sunbathing lawn. The beach chair on the property’s own boat dock invites you to relax.
