The “Auszeit” vacation rental is located on the first floor of the “Kapitänsblick” vacation home.
The living room is furnished in a colonial style, offering luxury and coziness. The fully equipped, high-quality kitchen provides ample space and top-of-the-line amenities for vacationers who enjoy cooking. The bedrooms and the extravagantly furnished bathroom round out the exceptional furnishings and amenities of the vacation apartments in every respect.
The apartment features Wi-Fi (free of charge), satellite TV, a radio, a BOSE soundbar, and a telephone. A modern heating system (with underfloor heating) keeps the apartment warm. A fireplace is available for added comfort, ensuring a cozy atmosphere even on cooler days. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.
The vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. The living room, entryway, and bathroom are tiled, and the two bedrooms are carpeted. Both bedrooms feature a double bed.
It is also possible to book a separate bedroom in the basement of the house.
Adjacent to the living room is a spacious terrace (60 m²), perfect for relaxing and hosting barbecue evenings.

For leisure activities, guests have access to e-bikes (for a fee), bicycles, and a private motorboat with an outboard motor (which can be operated without a boat license), a heated swimming pool in the garden with a retractable canopy (usable from May through October, weather permitting), a spacious sauna area with a designer bathtub, and a large lawn for sunbathing. The beach chair on the property’s own boat dock invites you to relax.
