The left half of the house, Sophie Charlott, is approximately 85 m² in size, spans two floors, and features a spacious terrace (approximately 12 m²) that catches the morning sun.
On the first floor, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as the generously sized living and dining area. This area is furnished with, among other things, a cozy sitting area featuring a couch, an armchair, two rocking chairs, an LCD TV, and a stereo system with CD/MP3/iPod/USB capabilities, as well as a wood-burning stove and a writing desk. In the dining area, a large dining table seats 6 people.
The kitchenette, which blends harmoniously into the living area, features, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, as well as a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment***, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and other small appliances that round out the kitchen amenities.
The upper floor, which has laminate flooring, features two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200 cm and 160x200 cm; each with a full-length mattress), another bedroom with a single bed, and the second bathroom with a shower/toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer. An alarm clock in each bedroom ensures you won’t oversleep and miss your vacation breakfast. The exposed wooden beams and gently sloping ceilings create a cozy atmosphere; the view over Seedorf toward the Granitz mountains inspires you to go on excursions.
