About this house rental
The Lena Victoria half of the house, located on the right, measures approximately 85 m² and spans two floors, featuring a spacious terrace (approx. 14 m²) that catches the morning and midday sun. The first floor includes a modern bathroom with a shower and a generously sized, tiled living and dining area.
The living area is furnished with, among other things, a cozy seating area featuring a couch, an armchair, and two rocking chairs, an LCD TV, and a stereo system with CD/MP3/iPod/USB capabilities, as well as a wood-burning stove and a writing desk. In the dining area, you’ll find a large dining table that seats 6 people.
The well-equipped kitchenette, which blends harmoniously into the living area, features a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (***), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of small kitchen items that round out the kitchen’s amenities.
On the upper floor, which has laminate flooring, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm; each with a full-length mattress) and another bedroom with a single bed. An alarm clock in each bedroom ensures you won’t oversleep your vacation breakfast. The second bathroom, featuring a shower, towel warmer, and hair dryer, rounds out the comfortable feel of this half of the house.
The exposed wooden beams and gently sloping ceilings create a cozy atmosphere, and the view over Seedorf toward the Granitz mountains inspires you to go on excursions. The living space is rounded out by an attic studio featuring a daybed, a reading nook with a rocking chair beneath the studio windows, and a TV with a built-in DVD player.
Sun loungers and a seating area on the terrace extend the high-quality amenities to the outdoor space, offering the perfect setting to feel completely at ease. The balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
The non-smoking half of the house is ideal for 2–5 people and, thanks to the daybed in the attic studio, can also accommodate up to six people.
Wi-Fi and firewood are provided free of charge. A washer-dryer is available for a fee and shared by all guests of the house, as are bicycle storage facilities and an outdoor lawn with a view of Seedorf and the Having River.
One small pet is allowed upon request and for a fee!
The two non-smoking house halves can be booked individually or together as a complete house! Each apartment comes with 2 parking spaces behind the house.
