The Space:
The first floor consists of a garage and driveway to accommodate a total of 2 vehicles. Enter this 2nd floor unit into a beautiful, spacious living room and kitchen area. There is a large island with 7 stools, an additional table with bench, fully stocked kitchen and a half bath. Down the hallway are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and a full bath. The 1st bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over a full and an additional twin trundle bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the primary bedroom contains a King bed and luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower. Two balconies let you admire the views from all angles. All bedrooms are outfitted with LED TVs
This 8 unit complex has a private, gated pool area with a kiddie pool, main pool, large hot tub, outdoor seating and kitchen area.
6 beach chairs and and an umbrella are located in the garage for your use. There is a private outdoor shower located in the rear of the unit.
Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, a bunk bed with 1 Full and 2 Twins, and a sofa bed
No Senior/Prom groups. No Pets. No Smoking

The place was beautiful and clean! Close to the beach, the host was always in touch. Definitely recommend staying here.

Came into property damaged by the prior booking. Plumbing was still being repaired when we checked in at the 2 pm check in time. The housekeeper did not finish until 5:30 and did not complete the list of tasks that were included in the instruction book. The dishwasher from the previous guests was never unloaded as was stated the housekeeper would do. There was a garden hose on the front deck we had to move so the blind man that was with us would trip on it. The host thought (in writing) it would have been OK for us to not have the second shower we were paying for and use the outdoor swimming pool shower. They were very rude. The furniture was new and still in decent condition, except for the very loosely assembled counter stool. The bedroom with the queen bed had no side tables to keep phones or have lamps. The king bedroom bed was very difficult for a 5’ person to get into as it had about a 4” railing that I had to climb onto to keep my shins from scraped. The hot tub and pool, as well as the location were the best positive things. Overall we didn’t get what we paid for.
