About this house rental
Large, heated POOL! One of the best on the island. Only three blocks to the boardwalk, beach, Morey’s Pier, and Water Park.
4 BEDS, 3.5 BATHS! Beautifully furnished spacious three-story townhome that is clean and tastefully decorated. Because it is a corner unit it has extra side windows making it bright and airy. It is located just as one enters Wildwood Square Condominiums, so it is closest to the beach and attractions. There is a two-car private garage with a beverage fridge, plus additional on street parking located right next to the unit.
On the first floor is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom. The second floor is open concept and consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a peninsula that seats four, a dining area that seats eight, a half-bathroom, full-size washer and dryer, and a large family room with a sleeper sofa, an extra beverage fridge/bar area, a flat screen TV with multiple channel Comcast cable, and a spacious, private deck. The third floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom and deck, a full bathroom in the hall that is shared by two bedrooms, one of which includes a queen bed and a private balcony, and the other has a full/twin duo bunkbed.
The gated Wildwood Square community includes a large, heated pool that is surrounded by a beautiful garden courtyard and walking path. Several gas BBQ grills on the property are centrally located near the pool area. There is a spectacular view of the Friday night fireworks from the upper rear deck. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and attractions. Beach carts, beach wagons, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach and pool toys, and board games are provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels and bed linens.
Absolutely no rentals to groups under 25
The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To rent this property you will be required to sign a Guest Lease Agreement and to abide by our rules, policies and procedures as outlined therein.
Pick up keys, codes, as instructed at our realty office between 12pm and 4pm. Check-into your property after 4pm. Check out at 10am sharp. You may not access your rental property or park at your rental property prior to 4pm, as outlined in the guest lease agreement.
FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. As in all condominium and townhouse associations on the island, No rentals are permitted to unsupervised children or students; no prom groups; no senior weeks; no high school or college students without parental supervision. Anyone under 25 years old must be accompanied by and supervised by a parent at all times. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. Please do not inquire.

Very nice property, easy in and out. Only problem we had (and reason for 4 star instead of 5) was that the AC was only partially working (3rd floor was 81 degrees, 2nd was 69 (where thermostat was) and 1st floor was about 62 and freezing cold for those staying down there. Could not get upstairs to cool properly. To be fair, it was during the "heat wave" so AC was running constantly but still....made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. I still don't understand paying all this and having to bring our own linens and make our own beds, but I guess that's the way it is at this point. We would definitely stay again if in this area. Would need assurances the AC was working better though.

Beautiful home in gated community with all the amenities you could want. We did not have to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys. We were able to walk to the boardwalk, water parks, and beach. We hope to stay in this home in future vacations. Master bed is King not Queeen

Very nicely decorated town home. Well stocked with lots of extras which is a plus.
We drove down to 18th street each day to go to the beach as the beach by the pier is quite a hike from the board walk.
The large condo building next store is not the best.
Overall very nice vacation. Quiet complex for the most part.
