- The unit is NOT available to groups or persons under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian -- We do not accept reservations for prom weekends or senior week. This policy is strictly enforced.
- Primary guest must sign a short term rental agreement and provide a copy of a government issued ID at time of booking
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING and NO PETS. Violation will result in forfeiture of security deposit and payment of any other expenses incurred by Owner in connection with either.
- Guests must bring their own bath and beach towels.
- No cleaning service provided during your stay.
- Owner provides 2 rolls of toilet paper (1 in each bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and a starter pack of dishwasher pods and starter pack of laundry detergent.
- Weekly rentals only from mid-June through end of August; Saturday - Saturday
- Check-in at 3pm; Check-out by 10am
