Top Floor Spacious Condo 2 Blocks from Boardwalk & Beach

This property was close to all of the attractions Wildwood has to offer and great parking.It offers a private balcony which we loved having coffee on in the morning.My only complaint and suggestion for improvement would be the cleanliness and comfort.Understandably, a stay at the beach would have some sand even with frequent cleanings but this place had dirt and debris from other people staying here under the stove area, living room area, etc.and the furniture had stains on it.The beds were really hard and uncomfortable as well and even our youngest who is 10 said he had trouble sleeping because it was so stiff to sleep in.If it was cleaned better and furniture or mattresses improved it would have been a much better stay for the money.

This is a good property in a convenient location to the boardwalk and many attractions. Easily accessible and room for parking multiple cars. Unfortunately when we entered the property we found the property was not cleaned from the last renter, and as a result had to leave and come back a few hours later after we got a hold of the property owner who then requested their cleaning team to come. Also during this time the property owners decided this was a good time to deliver and install a new fridge, but did not find that out until the night before. Overall the experience was okay, but hopefully communication will improve and cleaning will occur on time. And there is now a nice fridge there for future renters.
