About this house rental
We rent to families and groups 25 an older.This beautiful renovated home is perfect for large groups and family re-unions it sleeps 16!!! There are 2 floors to this house each floor has its own: Entrance, Bathroom, Kitchen, Washer Dryer, TV Room, Central Air Also if you are not a big group and just wanted to rent one floor, that is availiable as well, because the floors can be sepearted and closed off with seperate entrances.
It is ideally located for your vacation 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, and it is in the middle of the two boardwalks so you can maximize your experience. There is a large front porch and a backyard so you have the best of both worlds.
Every Friday during the season Coca-Cola puts on the fireworks show, which is done in the middle of the 2 boardwalks, so if you did not feel like walking up to the boardwalk to watch them all you have to do is sit on our porch and watch right from there.
We do not provide bath or beach towels or linens for the beds. You can either bring your own or another option is to order your linens and towels ahead of time through one of the local linen services, they are throughout the Wildwoods and delivery & pick up is available.
**All New Mattresses installed October 2024** All Mattresses are fitted with mattress protective covers.

Location of the house was great. Very spacious house. The front porch was our favorite! Had enough space for all of us. Made our family vacation easier.

Another year, another great stay at this property. Communication with the host was fantastic, very quick to respond and helpful. The house was clean, comfortable and fit all 14 of us I. Our group. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The Wawa on the corner will surely miss my family from Texas who were in there at least 3 times per day. Parking was not an issue with the large driveway and ample street parking available. Thanks again! We will probably be talking in 2026 to boil again!

We loved our stay in Wildwood! The house is much larger than it appears in the pictures and is quite charming. We were a large group of 9 adults and 6 children, so we rented both units. The kids loved taking over the upstairs tv/family room while the adults mostly hung out downstairs and especially on the large front porch. Laundry on both floors was very helpful. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, but it was also quite easy to drop off people and beach stuff at the boardwalk with easy driveway parking back at the house- we parked two minivans and a car in the long driveway. The walk from the boardwalk to the beach is quite long, but there is a wooden pathway one block over from Pine off of Maple for wagon/stroller access. We loved boogie boarding at the beach, trips to Cape May, the Cape May Zoo, and seashell collecting at Sunset Beach. There is so much to do in the area! Mark was also a very communicative host- I would def recommend staying at his home.

The house was perfect size for our family of 12 adults and 3 kids. It’s great for everyone to have their own rooms and space. Location was just 3 blocks to the boardwalk and beach which was very convenient. The interior of house has older charm and could use a bit of updating. Mark was easy to contact and quick to respond. He went out of his way to ask his neighbors to assist us when prior tenants left trash.
