This beautifully renovated 5 bed/3 bath upper unit of a private house offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and beachside charm. Step outside and enjoy the sandy shores or the famous boardwalk just on the next block! For a splash of fun, head over to Morey's Piers & Waterparks for a day of excitement and thrills! With prime location and endless possibilities for relaxation, dining, shopping and tons of entertainment. This house condo is two floors - 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. View the ocean while sipping coffee on the front deck or follow the spiral staircase upstairs with views from the 3rd floor. Full kitchen with appliances, bathroom accessories, TV with Netflix, Wifi, individual room heat & AC, LINENS INCLUDED, beach umbrella, beach chairs and outside shower. The only items we haven't packed for you are your clothes!

The size of the home, location, front deck and parking were fantastic! The home was large enough that all of us could spread out and have our own space, including bathrooms. The openness of the kitchen to the living area was conducive to family gatherings.The location was killer. The boardwalk was close enough that it was convenient and if you forgot something, you could easily go back to the home, but it was just far enough away that you didn't hear all the noise at night.The front deck was perfect for watching Friday night fireworks. It also proved to be ideal during the day to protect you from sun and the rain we received.
