About this house rental
Our house is cozy and quiet and has a very nice patio/terrace. This is our main residence so you will find everything you need!
It has a living room with sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed), piano, armchairs, overlooking an open fitted kitchen.
On the first floor: a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed on the first floor, overlooking the patio, a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs:
- double bedroom with desk
- bathroom with toilet and bathPGJyPgPGJyPg
The tram station is less than 5 minutes walk away (free on weekends).
The house is 15 minutes from the center, by bike or tram (2 minutes walk from the house) and there are all the necessary shops nearby (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist... and even a farm where you can pick up your vegetables on Tuesdays and Fridays!).
The train station is 10 minutes away by tram and the airport is less than an hour away by public transportation. There are several tennis courts nearby, as well as a large and very pleasant park 20 minutes walk away. The sea (and Brittany!) is very easily accessible, 1 hour from the house, either by train or by car.PGJyPg�PGJyPgYou are also close to the Loire Valley castles, which can be reached by car or train.
