PET POLICY:
- $250 pet fee (a maximum of up to 2 dogs are allowed)
- Dogs only. NO CATS or other animals are permitted.
- Clean up after your pet and dispose of all waste.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds.
- Pets must not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.
- Ensure pets are clean & dry prior to entering house from the beach.
Snowbird-friendly and long term (1 month+) are considered. Please inquire for special monthly, mid-stay rates.
HOUSE RULES:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere inside of the house.
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $250 `damage/management fee` that covers up to $5,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
Relax & Enjoy Stay: It`s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under our Waivo insurance policy!
CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! We have partnered with Andrea’s Precise Cleaning, another local based small business to guarantee our guests have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats and makeup towels! We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is 1 round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. We also provide full coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. These stocked amenities are intended to get our guests through the first night. We are not a hotel, so we do not provide housekeeping or amenity restocking unless there is an immediate need. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We stayed for a family vacation, with almost the whole family and this house was perfect for us! Plenty of room, clean, very short walk to the beach! We loved our stay and will be back!
