Grandview is a 10 bedroom 9.5 bathroom gulf-front house located on the lower end of West Beach. The over-sized beach front home rises above the dunes of West Beach giving its name - Grandview. The house has an eclectic décor and is full of charm and boasts two primary suites with a total of 6 king beds, 3 queen beds and a set of double bunks in the 10th bedroom. There is a sofa sleeper in living area. The two primary suites have soaker tubs, separate showers and double vanities. There are seven bathrooms that have tub/shower combos and there is a half-bath. There is ample space for large gatherings with an open floor plan including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a free-standing ice machine and two full-size washer and dryers.

The ground level is parking, splash pool and foyer entrance. The main floor level encompasses the living/dining and kitchen area along with a laundry room and a half bath. The main level also includes 3 bedrooms; one gulf-side primary suite with king bed with soaker tub, separate shower and double vanities. Two bedrooms with king beds (one north facing one south facing) with attached bathrooms with tub/shower combo. The upper level houses a laundry room and 7 bedrooms; one gulf-side primary suite with king bed with soaker tub, separate shower and double vanities. There are three gulf-side bedrooms two king beds and attached bathrooms with tub/shower combos and one with queen bed with tub/shower combo. The north facing bedroom has a queen bed with attached tub/shower combo. There is a gulf-side bedroom with queen bed that shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with a north facing bedroom that has a bunkbed with double size beds on upper and lower.

The house is an older beach house with eclectic decor. There are some interior and exterior cosmetic details that need addressed such as touch paint. It has a small inground splash pool. This home is not a fancy professionally decorated home. It is a nice gulf-front oversized beach house with a lot of character.

Grandview has approximately 5,700 sq ft of living space and is located approximately 7-8 miles west of Hwy 59 and Beach Road. The house includes a private small splash pool and an expansive tiled balcony. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Property sleeps 24.
6 Kings, 3 queens and a set of bunk-beds(full size upper and lower), sofa sleeper. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
