I think this is a beautiful BRAND new home. However, for the amount of money you charge for cleaning you all either need to get a new cleaning service or come & inspect it after they claim to have cleaned it. The baseboards, especially the kitchen was filthy so filthy it was noticeable without even looking. The walls were damaged from people busting the chairs into the wall & the paint coming off from where the trash can is located. This house is only 4 months old & not being cared for properly. In a year it’s going to be trashed if the owners don’t make some major changes to cleaning & maintenance. Also, our fans, lights & TVs kept having issues coming on like the breakers kept switching(so annoying). I was so excited staying here prior to coming because of the house being just built m, but I must say I was a bit disappointed with the cleaning & appearance(a little touch up paint does wonders).Communication leading up was great so no issues there. Cleaning has to improve!!!!!
