House is great, but it has electrical problems. Outlets kept tripping in the kitchen. Took an hour to gain access to the house because codes did not work. Once we got in one of the lamps was leaning over broken.I got charged 50 a day for use of the elevator I was never told about up front and then after it was already paid, never gained access to use it. Pool heater had a lock on it and no one got back to me to gain access to that also. The house is great, but when you are paying a small fortune per night to stay there, I expected everything to work. A few light bulbs out all over the house. All in all we had a great time, it was just embarrassing that the little things that should not have been a problem were a problem. I am waiting for the reimbursement for the elevator that i never had access too.

This home was nothing short of amazing. The house was beautiful and the pool was perfect. We spent most of our time there. Easy access to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!!

We had many frustrations with this property. We struggled with the keypad entry for both the door and the elevator repeatedly. And the person at guest services on our check in day was very rude. They finally sent someone who let us in and they were kind and helpful. The house was not very clean. Our feet were black from walking on the inside flooring. Our other frustration was that the TVs did not work. We had to continuously restart the living room TV-every 10 minutes. And only worked at all when we logged into our person Youtubetv account. The primary room TV didn't work. Many others were not working either. The location and the view saved the day. The vew is beautiful. The house is beautiful too. I just wish the frustrations we had were better.
