THE CONDO
🪜 One flight of stairs down from the parking area to the unit’s walkout level, which opens onto the patio. No elevator. If stairs are hard for anyone in your group, plan for that.
🐜 This ground-floor unit backs up to woods, so insects and wildlife come with the setting. We treat the unit regularly.
👂 Multi-level building. You may hear footsteps from the unit above.
🛌 Top bunk has a 150-pound weight limit. Bunks are for kids 14 and under.
🔇 Residential complex. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside. If you smoke, stay at least 25 feet from the building.
⚡ All-electric condo with an electric fireplace and no gas appliances, so there is no carbon monoxide alarm. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit provided.

🧴 Starter supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, soap and detergent. Longer stays or bigger groups may need to restock.
POOL
💦 The community pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and run by the COA. It may close on Tuesdays for maintenance.

📝 Property insurance requires a short rental agreement before your stay.
🪪 Primary renter must be 25 or older, present for the whole stay, and provide a government ID.
🛡️ We highly recommend travel insurance. No refunds for weather, illness or other events outside the owner’s control.
SECURITY
📷 A Ring voice and security camera faces the entrance of the condos. No cameras inside the condos.
USE OF PROPERTY
🏠 For vacation and leisure stays only. No commercial equipment, construction materials, work trailers, or heavily soiled work clothing or footwear inside. Unusual cleaning or damage beyond normal residential use is charged to the responsible guest.
Separate rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of checkin.
Please treat our home with the same respect you treat your own.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING. $500.00 fine for smoking in or near the condo.
For the safety and comfort of our guests, please note that the top bunk of the bunk beds has a weight limit of 150 pounds.

Rooms were clean and in nice condition. Check in and out was smooth we got there and got right into the condo. The hosts sent us everything we needed. It was a quiet place and in a nice area. We made it from there to silver dollar city in about 10-15 minutes. Would stay here again great location and great hosts.

The location is perfect!!!! The only even nit picky thing was that the carpet in the bunk bed room seemed kind of dirty. Other than that it was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Very close and convenient to all we wanted to do. Nicely decorated and the sofa was so comfy and inviting. We played board games in the dining nook. New washer and dryer. We used them. Would only suggest dryer sheets. Thank you for a great stay and great communication! My family had a wonderful time.
