We're happy to welcome your furry family members to our pet-friendly space! If you're bringing a pet, please make sure to include them in your booking to avoid any additional charge. To keep the space cozy for all guests, we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture—feel free to bring a clean sheet or blanket for their comfort. Please note that any excessive pet hair, stains, or damage to linens or furniture may result in extra cleaning charges. Thank you for understanding!
PARKING:
HOA does not allow any kind of trailer such as RVs, Boats, Trailers, Jet Skis, 4x4 Vehicles, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, in the parking lot. They will be towed if parked on site so please plan ahead if you are planning to bring trailer.
LOCATION:
- 4 minute drive to the Branson Strip
- 8 minute drive to Silver Dollar City
- 10 minute drive to Table Rock State Park with Lake access
- A lot of restaurant options within 6 minute drive
BOOKING RULE:
- You must be 25 to book
- The person who booked must be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
ACCESSIBILITY:
There are walk down stairs leading to the main entrance of the property, but the property is located on the first level. For alternative access, you can enter the property through the balcony door which is pretty quick & easy to go around the lawn.
HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or large gathering ($500 fine)
- No smoking
- No fireworks or open fire
- Please refrain from playing loud music
- Quite hours 10pm - 8am. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors especially when you are outside.
- Please do not let your pet on the furnitures (You can bring a clean sheet/blanket for them to lay on). If there is any excessive dog hair, stains or damage to the linens or furniture, there will be fees applied to compensate for additional necessary cleaning.
- Do not turn off monitoring devices.
- Relax & Enjoy the view!

Property located in a very good area with easy access to all attraction. Adequate parking, very easy check in/out process. Condo has very comfortable beds and was the perfect size for our group of 6.
I will mention that the condo is a lower unit in the building so once inside you do have to go down about 15 steps to access the condo.
The last cleaning of the property prior to our arrival seemed a little rushed as there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and a set of dishes (which included a cup, coffee, mug, fork, and small plate) that appeared to be put away dirty. Based on a dishwasher pod still in the dishwasher I believe the prior guest forgot to start it and then the cleaning crew just put away the dishes, but that is speculation on my part. This wasn’t a big deal as we loaded the dishwasher with most of the dishes and ran it so everything was clean for our use. I did not report this to the property manager, as it was something that we could take care of ourselves.
Being on the lower level, you can hear slight foot traffic above, but wasn’t anything intolerable.
Overall, we had a good stay and I would stay here again.

The home is nice, clean and new. Loved the convenient location.
I did feel like the description was very inaccurate. We were traveling with an elderly family on a walker. I relied on the description that said there were steps to the entrance but the unit was on the first floor. While technically correct it doesn’t paint the picture accurately. You enter on the ground floor and then walk down an entire story to gain entrance to the home. The description is also misleading when it says an alternative entrance is the patio door. You cannot lock and unlock that door from the outside and you have to walk down a very steep hill and around a retaining wall to get to the patio door. Not something grandma on a walker can manage.
If stairs weren’t a big issue for us I would have rated it a 5 star
