Just steps from the outdoor pool, minutes from Table Rock lake and 1.5 miles from the best part of the Branson Strip!! One of the best locations to enjoy all the fun Branson has to offer!
INCLUSIONS:
High speed wireless internet - fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make meals for a large group - full size washer/dryer (soap, bleach, dryer sheets provided) - iron/ironing board - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper - cleaning products if there is a spill - electronic door entry code provided - soft soap hand soaps - dishwasher pods and dish soap - comfortable furnishings - alarm clocks in all rooms - Smart TV's in every room for streaming - Everything needed for an excellent stay!!

Master bedroom has a king size bed (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom two has a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) - Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) - Living room has a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2) - Queen air bed upon request with bedding (Sleeps 2)

**Minimum booking age is 21.

**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.
**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.
