The Space:
Great for groups, this is a combination of 2 units, side-by-side. Both living rooms have sofa seating, love seats, a TV, and balcony access. They also both have dining room tables
Each kitchen comes equipped with appliances to make you feel right at home, and a laundry room.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, to accommodate 16 guests-
Unit #3:
Bedroom #1: King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo
Bedroom #2: Queen/Full bunk bed
Bedroom #3: King bed, and Smart TV
There is an additional full shared bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo and is stocked to serve guests
Unit #4:
Sofa sleeper in living room
Bedroom #1: Queen bed
Bedroom #2: King bed, and Smart TV
Bedroom #3: King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite is equipped with a shower/tub combo
There is an additional full shared bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo and is stocked to serve guests
THINGS TO NOTE:
- (First unit) Walk-up, 2nd floor, 17 steps required. (Second unit) Walk-up, 2nd floor with 17 steps. (Both No elevator)
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer and dryer are available for guest use in both units.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- 2 parking spaces are available in the parking lot for each unit (4 in total).
- A Ring doorbell is located on the unit, which captures both stairwells of each unit entryway for security purposes. The camera is actively recording.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

Clean and modern, plenty of room. Family games were a nice bonus. Parking was problematic a couple of nights, had to park near the pool. Nice and quiet, short drive to many local attractions.

The two condos were nicely decorated and the property was clean. There were problems in miscommunication in which we could not get into the two condos for over an hour while we contacted Vrbo. It lacked basic items like a working hair dryer, empty dispensers of the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. In the kitchen, we could not find a can opener in either condo. Directions to checkout came about 1 1/2 hours before checkout. Need hard copy in condos. Not everyone is looking at phones on vacation. Never knew how many parking places were allowed for each condo.
