Welcome to Cliffside Cottage, the ideal spot for your large group! Sleeps up to 20 guests! Feel right at home in our TWO inviting condos that are perfectly located in Branson.

This listing is for 2 SEPARATE CONDOS in the same building (4 condos total in the building):
- Both units are on the TOP FLOOR - which means there is ONE set of stairs to get up. Once inside the homes, there are no stairs.
- Enjoy having your whole group nearby with plenty of space to spread out, but still be able to separate as needed!
EACH beautifully decorated condo has the following (so MULTIPLY EVERYTHING BY 2):
- 3 bedrooms (King, King, & Full over Full bunk) & 2 full bathrooms
- Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Open concept dining and living area
- Pack-n-play and High Chair for the littles
- Deck with rock wall view
- Family games
- Large smart TV in Living Room. NO CABLE provided, so plan to login to the streaming service of your choice! :)
- Smart TV's in each bedroom
- High speed Wi-Fi
- Kitchen equipped with all stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, blender, dishes & utensils, kids dishes, drip coffee pot, griddle
- Starter pack of K-cups, coffee grounds, and creamer provided
- Fresh linens, comfy bedding, towels
- In-home laundry room
- Soap, Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner all provided
- STARTER SUPPLY of bathroom tissue and paper towels provided
- Laundry and dishwasher detergents provided
- Access to the community swimming pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day (this DOES get busy in the warm season!)
- Free first-come first-served parking. Parking lot DOES GET FULL in the busy season (March - December). Please limit your party to 4 vehicles.
Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.
We love our homes! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc.) will be charged to the guest upon checkout.
$50 fee for late checkout

We live in Springfield, which is just up the road from Branson. You and your family deserve a 5-star stay and we hope to provide that for you. The Vineyards condominium complex is perfectly situated off of Highway 376 and 265. Conveniently located, but still private and secluded. 4 Miles to Silver Dollar City, 4 Miles to the Branson Strip, 4 Miles to Table Rock Lake. 5-15 minute drive to most major attractions in Branson. The Vineyards is popular, which means you'll likely be spending your time around other vacationers. Some noise can be heard through the floors in the building, which is to be expected in any apartment or condo complex. We hope to host you in Branson!
