We're happy to welcome your furry family members to our pet-friendly space! If you're bringing a pet, please make sure to include them in your booking to avoid any additional charge. To keep the space cozy for all guests, we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture—feel free to bring a clean sheet or blanket for their comfort. Please note that any excessive pet hair, stains, or damage to linens or furniture may result in extra cleaning charges. Thank you for understanding!
PARKING:
HOA does not allow any kind of trailer such as RVs, Boats, Trailers, Jet Skis, 4x4 Vehicles, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, in the parking lot. They will be towed if parked on site so please plan ahead if you are planning to bring trailer.
LOCATION:
- 4 minute drive to the Branson Strip
- 8 minute drive to Silver Dollar City
- 10 minute drive to Table Rock State Park with Lake access
- A lot of restaurant options within 6 minute drive
BOOKING RULE:
- You must be 25 to book
- The person who booked must be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
ACCESSIBILITY:
There are walk down stairs leading to the main entrance of the property, but the property is located on the first level. For alternative access, you can enter the property through the balcony door which is pretty quick & easy to go around the lawn.
HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or large gathering ($500 fine)
- No smoking
- No fireworks or open fire
- Please refrain from playing loud music
- Quite hours 10pm - 8am. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors especially when you are outside.
- Please do not let your pet on the furnitures (You can bring a clean sheet/blanket for them to lay on). If there is any excessive dog hair, stains or damage to the linens or furniture, there will be fees applied to compensate for additional necessary cleaning.
- Do not turn off monitoring devices.
- Relax & Enjoy the view!

We traveled with 13 adults and 2 older kids and had a great stay. While the property is actually two separate units with no interior connection, it ended up being no problem for our group. An interior connection would be a nice future upgrade for larger groups, though.The bunk rooms were absolutely perfect for the younger adults in our group!The city view from the back patio was amazing. The wicker hanging chairs were a big hit—super comfortable and relaxing. Sitting outside watching storms roll in at night was a beautiful experience.Despite reviews mentioning parking issues, we had no problems at all parking in front of the unit all weekend. The location is excellent—close to everything without heavy traffic.The location is fantastic—very close to everything, but without the hassle of heavy traffic.One unit is under tenants with occasional noise and barking dogs, so it’s better for heavy sleepers. The other unit was very quiet.We’d absolutely stay here again! Just be aware that VRBO holds the refundable deposit for the full 14 days, even if no damage is reported—the owners were responsive and helpful when I reached out.

All descriptions were accurate. I was a little confused myself. I didn’t take note to it being two units. It worked out pretty good overall it was a great place to stay things that I would’ve changed is we didn’t have direct access to outside. Had to take stairs up and down no curtains in some rooms all bedrooms have curtains which was a plus. Cleanliness was up to par. Four stars out of five..

Everything was awesome. Very clean. Everything wet needed! The only complaint that we had was the noise from the people upstairs. It literally kept everyone up for hours because the kids upstairs ran and stomped all night. Not the owners fault it was the parents fault. We would definitely go again just maybe rent the upstairs instead of the basement. Thanks for everything!

1. This needs to be advertised as multiple units in a building.
2. Being underneath another unit is HORRIBLE. All day and night long the people above us were LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS!
3. The beds were so UNCOMFORTABLE! The memory foam was not at all comfortable.
4. The place was mixing a strainer, and a big mixing bowl, I wasn’t used to cooking on electric so that was a learning curve.
5. With small children you can’t just let them out to play as there is a drop off in the back area.
6. The AC worked AWESOME!!
7. There were plenty of towels.
8. Plenty of plates and silverware
9. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash being provided was good.
10. Comforters on the bed were super soft and cozy.
11. Parking was HORRIBLE. You may have to park two units down from yours.
12. They have hangers in the closet which is great.
13. Was really close to the strip and silver dollar city.
14. I don’t like the fact that the cameras stayed on during our stay especially the back patio’s
15. We never went to the pool because it was always packed.
Overall we wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid.
