The Space:
Great for groups, this is a combination of 2 units, side-by-side. Both living rooms have sofa seating, love seats, a TV, and balcony access. They also both have dining room tables
Each kitchen comes equipped with appliances to make you feel right at home, and a laundry room.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, to accommodate 16 guests-
Unit #3:
Bedroom #1: King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo
Bedroom #2: Queen/Full bunk bed
Bedroom #3: King bed, and Smart TV
There is an additional full shared bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo and is stocked to serve guests
Unit #4:
Sofa sleeper in living room
Bedroom #1: Queen bed
Bedroom #2: King bed, and Smart TV
Bedroom #3: King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite is equipped with a shower/tub combo

THINGS TO NOTE:
-Washer and dryer are available for guest use in both units.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
-2 parking spaces are available in the parking lot for each unit (4 in total).
- A Ring doorbell is located on the unit, which captures both stairwells of each unit entryway for security purposes. The camera is actively recording.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. "Clean and modern, plenty of room. Family games were a nice bonus. Parking was problematic a couple of nights, had to park near the pool. Nice and quiet, short drive to many local attractions."
