The Space:

Inside, the kitchen combines stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated coffee bar, creating a functional space for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The dining table seats six, making it easy to gather for meals or plan the day's itinerary. In the living room, a mounted smart TV, comfortable couch, loveseat, and a fully loaded bookshelf provide a relaxing place to unwind, while sliding glass doors lead to a private patio with a bistro table for two—an inviting spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day of exploring Branson.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-full bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

This enviable location places you within 5-10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
