Perfect location, a brisk 20 minute walk into the city centre. Free parking on the street was only a minute away and we never had any issues finding a space. The apartment sleeps a family of 4 comfortably and would be fine for 4 friends as the bunk beds were a good size. Kitchen was equipped as expected for a rental and had the advantage of a large fridge. We were more than able to cook simple suppers for the family. Communication with the property owners/managers was easy.

Noisy - the noise from the above flat when in the main bedroom was detrimental to sleep and because of this I wouldn’t rent again. The groups above were not having a party, merely chatting and walking around their apartment. There seemed to be no sound proofing between the flats which was fine in the day but not when you wanted to sleep. This may well be sorted with the addition of a sound proofing layer in the floor above. Road/street noise - no issue with this at all. Very quiet.

The customer service team was accessible and helpful

The property was not cleaned and had a noticeable cigarette smell. The bed was acceptable, but noise insulation was poor—you could hear everything happening in the upstairs apartment.
