Comfortable flat with balcony close to the bus station

Very good place, clean and quiet, close to the bus station and within a walkable distance from the centre. Our host was very helpful and on the last day even allowed us to stay in the flat until the time of our bus departure.

Ima bolje a ima i gore

Ramiz je prijatan domacin. Objekat ima parking sa dovoljno mesta. Lokacija je tiha i restorani su na par stotina metara. Sve je bilo cisto i u funkciji.Terasa je velika.Nasa soba je bila dobro orjentisana ka planini i bila je uvek u hladu. Mala kuhinja je solidno opremljena. Frizider je bucan.

Krevet iako ima dva duseka je neudoban. Lokacija je daleko od plaze ako ste pesak. Mi smo bili kolima i do male ,lose plaze u Ulcinju nismo ni isli vec smo svakog dana isli na veliku plazu prema Adi Bojani koja je dobra sa dobrim parkingom i sadrzajima. To sto smo kolima nije neki plus jer su guzve ogromne i svaki dan smo u kolini odlazak a posebno povratak trosili dva sata. Na putu pored velike plaze imate odlican Art restoran. Cene su malo jace ali je ambijent perfektan,osobje ljubazno i hrana odlicna. Prilaz objektu sa glavnog puta je los i bolje je doci iz prilaza prekoputa autobuske. Klima radi ali je bucna kao i frizider koji smo nocu gasili. Nema komarnika tako da vrata terase morate drzati stalno zatvorena . Nocu je prijatno napolju i lako bi se soba rashladila bez klime. Zvucna izolacija je losa ali smo mi imali tihe komsije uglavnom.I pored mana preporucujemo smestaj . Na zalost saobracajna guzva je nama bila neprihvatljiva . Preporuka za Kristalnu plazu,samo odaberite dobar prilaz a ne kao mi najgori i najstrmiji.

Pohodlné a dobře vybavené ubytování pro pobyt u moře

Pokoj s vlastní koupelnou a balkónem se nachází v prvním patře vily v pěkné zahradě v klidné oblasti města. Parkování je blízko objektu. Do města je možné dojít asi za 20 minut, na většinu pláží je to pár minut autem. Pokoj měl malou kuchyňku s lednicí a dostatečným vybavením k vaření, AC, šatní skříň, velkou pohodlnou manželskou postel a další lůžko, na balkoně sezení pro tři, šňůry na prádlo. Kontakt s majitelem velmi příjemný. Vše čisté, velmi dobrý poměr ceny a kvality ubytování. Doporučujeme i pro delší pobyt.

My byli spokojeni se vším, byli jsme dva. Pro tři osoby by mohl být prostor trochu stísněný.

Al met al matig gezien het vinden van de lokatie!

Apartement was goed, de lokatie was goed. De mogelijkheid om te parkeren op prive terein was goed. Op loop afstand bakker en restaurants.

Via Google Maps was de lokatie niet te vinden. Telefonisch was de lokatie ook niet te bereiken. Na veel vragen aan passanten was de lokatie na 2,5 uur te vinden. Advies: Geef bij boeking de GoogleMaps coordinaten en juist telefoon nummer op.

SVE JE KAKO TREBA

Suprug i ja dolazimo ovde vec cetvrti put i to sve govori. Studio izgleda kao na slikama i opremljen svim potrebnim sredstvima za higijenu - tecnim sapunom, tecnoscu za sudove, sundjerima, toalet papirom, peskirima. Sudova je dovoljno, u dobrom su stanju i moze da se kuva na dve ugradjene ringle. Klima radi, ima TV. Terasa je prostrana i vrlo upotrebljiva. Parking mesta je dovoljno za broj smestajnih jedinica. WiFi radi odlično. Lokacija je blizu autobuske stanice i vrlo blizu svega što vam treba na letovanju. Domaćin Ramiz je jako ljubazan i uvek na raspolaganju za sve sto treba. Prijatno smo se iznenadili unapredjenjem u odnosu na prosle godine - dodata je radna daska u svim studiima i produzni gajtan.
