Sahibiyle iletişim rahat kurduk. Sıcak, yardımsever biriydi. Otoparkının oluşu, etraf çevre rahat sessizdi. Çamaşır makinesinin oluşu da bir avantajdı, uzun konaklamada. Merkeze (old town) a yürüme 20 dk tutar. Gerçi o bölgeye arabayla girmek de feci.
Camlarda sineklik yok. Malesef etrafta sinek çok, keza çekirge vs de. Camı açamadık. Uyurken klimayla yatmak zorundaydık. Sahibi sinek ilacı ve alet verdi ancak tam çözüm olmadı.

Very good spot, awesome parking right in front of the building: You cannot overstate the importance of an own parking lot in Ulcinj. The Apartment is in a chill neighborhood, Grocery store 850m, Bakery 150m, Pharmacy 150m, a bunch or restaurants and Cafés within walking distance, but no loud parties, so you can rest every night.
No mosquito screen on the balkony doors and windows. I really miss these since letting fresh air in is a necessity, and you can only do that during nighttime (cons: a shit ton of mosquitos) and early morning (cons: I wanna sleep in...). Daytime is HOT! No proper dining table for a family of five. Yes, you can do with two small tables, but it is an inconvenience, especially with 3 children.
