Very good spot, awesome parking right in front of the building: You cannot overstate the importance of an own parking lot in Ulcinj. The Apartment is in a chill neighborhood, Grocery store 850m, Bakery 150m, Pharmacy 150m, a bunch or restaurants and Cafés within walking distance, but no loud parties, so you can rest every night.
No mosquito screen on the balkony doors and windows. I really miss these since letting fresh air in is a necessity, and you can only do that during nighttime (cons: a shit ton of mosquitos) and early morning (cons: I wanna sleep in...). Daytime is HOT!
No proper dining table for a family of five. Yes, you can do with two small tables, but it is an inconvenience, especially with 3 children.
