Apartments Buena Vista

Outside area is nice, garden overlooking seaside part of the town, airconditioning was really good.

Guy that met us was quite strange, no communication at all, just led us to our room, took money and left. There was only one ellectrical connection in the room and it wasn't working, so we had to plug in phones in the bathroom.

Everything about the room was perfect, size and location It had a nice outside area and spotlessly clean There was little kittens which loved attention outside too Walkable to the town via steps about 15 minutes They helped arrange a taxi for us from the bus station to the property

There was poor communication, it seems like the people who you speak to when you book it don’t communicate with the people who run it. 8am check out - not a problem as we had plans early morning. The day before check out I asked if we could leave our luggage we got told it wasn’t a problem through the chat but we didn’t get told where we could leave our luggage We had to find the women who owned it from her apartment and knock on her door at 8am in the morning which isn’t the best for her Clearer instructions would be better and maybe if your check out is that early at 8am have staff come to check everything’s okay and where to leave key etc

Die Frau am Empfang war sehr freundlich :) Das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer war gut.

An der Fensterbank sollten die Spinnenweben entfernt werden. Sonst sehr sauber
