Great apartment for this price.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The place was really worth it for its price. The location was quite good if you travel by car to go to the long beach. The apartment was very clean and had airconditioning and parking lot. It was not complicated at all to find it. We will be back!!

Cozy stay with a warm welcome

I stayed for just one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was super cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a warm and relaxing place to stay in Ulcinj.

Perfect

The owners are great, they make sure you have a perfect time. The apartment is great, we didn't even expect to stay at such a nice place for 25 euros that we later regretted not planning to stay for a few more days earlier. I can bet you wouldn't have any expectation unmet. The place is kinda in the middle of where the bus station and old town center is. Ulcinj is definitely worth visiting and while you are at it, don't bother to search another place. 10/10. If we ever come back we will make sure it's gonna be a couple more days and in Kenzy Apartments.

Nice clean apartment with lovely host

The owner and his mother were so lovely, offered us coffee and gave us sweets. . They were so helpful and accommodating, checking regularly to make sure everything was okay. Mam didn’t speak English but her son who managed the apartments spoke wonderful english. The apartment was so clean, no hairs in the bathroom, clean floors, clean worktops and clean plates etc. The room is very big with air conditioning and a huge comfy setee, a kitchen with 2 electric hobs, lovely clean frying pan and lots of other things, (no oven though). The bedroom area has a nice large bed and goes out to the balcony which has chairs and a table. The bathroom has a good sized shower, toilet, sink. Every window has fly nets and shutters to block out all the lights. As is normal for Albania there was a cockerel just over the road but when the windows were shut you could hardly hear it. Good news too, no barking dogs and that’s a big bonus. Definitely value for money, would have loved to stay longer

Wohnung Sauber. Parkplatz vorhanden. Räume groß genug. Die Besitzer extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Küche Vollausstattung. Sehr gut.

Die Schlafcouch für Erwachsene etwas unbequem. Aber ok. Badezimmer sehr klein. Aber für paar Tage Urlaub alles ok.

Super Aufenthalt! Wir haben es genossen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und groß. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Bäcker, Restaurant und Tankstelle waren 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar!

Aber gute Wegbeschreibung, dadurch sehr einfach zu finden. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Schönes Zimmer. Einfache Ausstattung, aber für den Preis absolut perfekt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Izuzetno čisto. Ljudi ljubazni i na usluzi. Privatni parking uvek slobodan. Spavaća soba ima dosta prostora. Terasa moze da se kiristi za dorucak, kafu i sl. Peskiri, posteljine, prekrivaci, sve lijepo mirise. Imali smo osecaj da smo kuci. Fen, pegla, TV, wifi, sušilica za veš, itd... sve ima. Apartman sigurno vredi za tu cenu. Naša preporuka.

Jedina zamerka za rešo koji se koristi umesto elektricnog sporeta. Čak i za čaj mu je potrebno dosta vremena dok se ringle zagreju.

Super freundliche Gastgeber. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc. alles gleich ums Eck. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nur 2km zu Traumstrand.
