The hot tub was absolutely wonderful, all the towels and sheets were clean with no weird smell that you can sometimes have. Host was very responsive and helpful!
The place had a little bit of a musty or cig smell upon arrival, didn’t smell it after the first day. The place was difficult to open and relock from the outside without the keys (had to pull really hard and wait for the lock to engage/disengage, took a couple tries before we got the hang of it).

Breakfast was not included. The location was excellent!
The hot tub and barbeque were shared with another unit. You had to find your own parking lot, however Kyle provided several nearby which was so helpful!

The host was very helpful. Also every thing was there as promised. The mattress was very comfy.
I can't rate the comfort of the stay good because I have asthma and the the stair smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Also the lock on the door seemed a bit flimsy. It didn't feel very safe.
